The gallery is the collection
Galleries are built on Aprimo DAM collections, so the set you send out and the library you manage are the same thing rather than two copies drifting apart.
Recipients need no account
Each person gets their own passcode, with an optional emailed verification code. Revoke someone and their open sessions end immediately.
Picks come back as a list
Favourites and comments attach to each image. The owner gets the list of what was chosen, and the whole thing exports to CSV.
Usage captured at the download
The requester states what the images are for before the files are released, and that purpose is recorded on the download itself.

Start from a collection
Turn an Aprimo collection into a gallery, then set the cover, the sections and an expiry date.
Invite by name
Each recipient gets their own passcode and link. Copy it, regenerate it, or revoke access at any point.
They review
A full-bleed cover, sections as tabs, a justified mosaic grid, and a lightbox with zoom, swipe and slideshow.
They download with a reason
Email and PIN, then a purpose and one rendition. A single file streams straight away; larger sets arrive as a zip link by email.

Watermarks burned into the pixels
Previews are watermarked server-side rather than with an overlay the browser can remove. Files released through the download flow are clean.
Downloads on your terms
A per-gallery switch, a download PIN, one rendition per request, and up to 500 images at a time.
Nothing leaks from the DAM
No Aprimo URL or token ever reaches the browser. Every image byte is served through the gate.
Sign-in protection
Five failed attempts lock a recipient out for fifteen minutes, and failed attempts appear in the gallery's activity feed.

Feedback that exports
